I’m a big fan of It Cosmetics CC cream and loved it so much that I didn’t rush to try the Bye Bye foundation right away when this came out.
The weather is starting to change, and anything with the title foundation wasn’t something that interested me.
I got my hands on a sample and decided to try it one weekend, and it became my go-to product of choice!
Bye-Bye Foundation Full coverage moisturizer with SPF 50+
Benefits:
It covers redness, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, and wrinkles. Bye-Bye foundation smooths easier on the skin and is more plumping, in my opinion, and in the end, you will understand why.
Contains: SPF 50, a physical sunscreen (creates a physical barrier that protects the skin from the sun. It reflects damage away from the skin.
It contains seven fermented ingredients with skincare benefits
It has skin flex technology that makes the color glide over your skin and sink in without a trace. The key to describing it is when it’s called a full coverage moisturizer. It’s suitable for all skin types and: can be used on dry, sensitive, and mature skin. It’s super hydrating and has a subtle radiance that compliments your skin. These products have travel-friendly packaging, a pump, and an SPF of 50. The regular size is 1.7 oz for under $50 and comes in twelve shades. It’s available at Ulta!
CC Cream Full Coverage Foundation with SPF 50+
Benefits:
This product does seven different things for you, eliminating the need to use other items. The CC cream is your corrector, moisturizer, foundation, serum, sunscreen, primer, and dark spot brightener.
The CC cream SPF foundation is considered a top seller for the company. One key difference is the color correcting term used with this foundation. It contains color correctors that help to minimize or take away dark pigmentation and redness. That says to me that it has more coverage than the bye-bye foundation. It states that CC Cream delivers seven different products in one to your skin.
Contains:
The ingredients offer many skincare benefits to the skin. Peptides help to smooth the skin, hyaluronic acid plumps and hydrates the skin, antioxidants help reduce the signs of aging, niacinamide helps to improve skin tone, and collagen smooths the skin.
The CC cream family also comes in four different finishes that cater to different skin types.
The application should be one to two pumps of product to cover your whole face. This foundation currently comes in twelve different shades. It’s available on the Ulta website for $44.
Conclusion:
In my opinion, the CC Cream foundation has more coverage on the skin than the bye-bye foundation.
The ingredients look similar, but the Bye-Bye foundation contains more hyaluronic acid than the CC Cream foundation. The more significant amount of hyaluronic acid will make the product distribute easier on the skin, contribute to a lighter weight and feel, and add more hydration which is probably why my skin preferred the bye-bye foundation. I am more of a dry-skin type.
Both are good foundations and would be an excellent addition to your makeup bag.
