Sunscreen is the best anti-aging product out there. I get asked this question, and my answer is always sunscreen. It’s so much easier to prevent aging by using good sunscreen.
UV Rays damage the skin in many ways. The first is UVA rays which cause sunburns that damage the skin. UVB Rays can cause premature aging in the skin.
One of my favorite sunscreen products right now is by Colorescience. They have a range of sunscreens in the sunforgettable total protection face shield category. The sunscreen I purchased is in the color glow. If you are fair-skinned, then you will love this shade.
Sunforgettable is a mineral-tinted sunscreen that is Broad Spectrum SPF 50 sweat-resistant, water-resistant, and fragrance-free. It guards against blue light, pollution, and UV lights.
Some of the ingredients are Zinc oxide which protects against UVA and UVB rays; niacinamide which reduces lines and wrinkles; glycerin to hydrate the skin; and antioxidants. Iron oxides contained in the sunscreen helps to protect your skin from damage caused by UVA light.
Sunforgettable has a grading scale of PA+++, which with this level shields your skin from the damaging effects of UVA rays.

Tinted sunscreens are great all year round, especially in the summer, as they are pretty low maintenance. The benefit of a tinted sunscreen is it takes away the white cast that some sunscreens have when applied, plus it gives you a little color and imparts a healthy-looking glow.
This particular shade imparts a luminosity to the skin, which I love. It’s very hydrating and looks good in photos. If you have a more oily skin type, you may not care for the glow it adds to your skin. It wears very well on the skin.
